Ronald A. Thompson

Ron has been in the financial services industry since 1995.  Ron began his career as a retail banker where he managed branch offices and took care of customer savings and lending needs. In 2000 Ron found his true calling: helping clients improve their financial wellbeing by offering thoughtful advice and comprehensive financial planning services.  Ron’s core services are fee-based money management and financial planning. The combination of these two services provides a coordinated approach to helping clients improve and preserve their overall financial wellbeing. Ron continues to follow this calling today.

Ron and his wife Becky live in Macomb Township. They have four children, Ashley who completed her master’s degree in finance from Walsh College, Cameron is a local Police Officer, Mitchell who is a finished carpenter and Kara who is a senior at Chippewa Valley High School and loves to sing. Ron and Becky are very active in their church, Shelby Bible Church.  Becky enjoys working with the children’s choir and playing piano while Ron enjoys working with the Shelby Men’s group.  Ron also enjoys playing golf and softball.

Ron is licensed to offer access to financial products, fee-based advisory services and insurance-based solutions to his clients.

Ron has a bachelor’s degree in business from Liberty University.
